Take Route 309 S to Lansdale. Turn Right at Yum Yum doughnut in Colmar (Broad Street) Turn right at Rt. 463 and turn right on Walnut Street.

Take Route 309 S to Quakertown. Turn left on Main Street. Turn right onto Old Bethlehem Pike (also called California Road). After Strayer Middle School, the nursing home is on the right side after basketball court.

Good Shepherd Rehab - 2588 Schoenersville Road Bethlehem, PA

Route 378 to Route 22 east to Schoenersville Road. Turn left at the light past the mall, turn right at Muhlenburg Hospital Emergency. Good Shepherd is on the right.

Route 309 S to end of bypass. At first traffic light turn right onto Unionville Pike. Stay on Unionville Pike, go through several lights and over RR tracks. Road bears to the left. Lincoln Ave. is on the right. Highway Home is at intersection.

Independence Court - Park Avenue Quakertown, PA

Route 309 S to Quakertown. Turn right at the first intersection after Rt. 663 (Park Avenue). The nursing home is a very short distance on the left across from the Grundy House.

LifeQuest Nursing Home – Route 663 Quakertown, PA

Take Rt. 309 S to Quakertown. Turn R onto Rt. 663 S toward Pennsylvania Turnpike. LifeQuest is on the right directly across from an industrial park. The nursing home is 1-2 miles from Rt. 309. If you come to the Turnpike you have gone too far. This home prefers that members meet outside and then disperse down the halls right away so there is not a grouping of dogs in the lobby.

Lutheran Community – State Road Rt. 152 Telford, PA

Take Route 309 S toward Telford. Take the Telford exit. Go toward Telford (Rt. 152). Pass PP&L. Home is on the left. Go around to the Skilled Nursing Facility.

Take Route 309 S to Quakertown. Turn left onto Rt. 313 (Broad Street). Turn left onto Route 212 (Hellertown Ave). Follow Route 212 into Richlandtown; nursing home is on the left. Access to parking is just after the home.
